Longer on the outside than on the inside

Yesterday marked Sam's 10 month anniversary of being on the outside! We marked the occasion by introducing him to chicken. I don't think he really cared about yet another new food - but it was a big milestone for me because I was holding out on giving him meat and now he's old enough. My little guy is growing in leaps and bounds and there's nothing I can do about it but saviour each day.

Carrying him inside me for 9 months seemed like forever but 10 months of being his mommy has gone by in an instant. At the same time it seems like he's always been with us.
